The first step into doing anything is speaking out. So, speak out! Become a volunteer and give out talks to the people in your community and enourage them to do the same!

There are some things that you have to experience and see to really understand. Start visiting your local addiction center and volunteer to help the people there! You only understand someting oce you've been through it or seen it. You'll get an insight in what the heart of PANDAA really is: helping our community. Contact us for recommendations of addiction centers.

We always hear, "Two is better than one," so why not start getting a hundred people together? Become a volunteer, and create your own social events for PANDAA that can be held from big soccer games to even small dinners! It's all about spreading the message and gathering good people to do it with you! Contact us if you are planning to attend or create a social event for PANDAA.

Organizational Beliefs

In the end, it comes down to 3 major organizational beliefs:

1. We believe that volunteering should come from the heart, not the desire to say that you are a good person. It should be done for the good of other people, not one's status.

2. We believe that if someone has good intentions, no one can stop them from achieving their goal.

3. We believe that youth-led prevention and awareness with resilience, grit, and grace works.
